2027 Expo Hall Floor Plan

Use the floor plan to identify the location and booth configuration that works best for your organization. Booth availability changes as vendors register, so selections should be confirmed during the registration process.

Expo Booth Options

Standard booths provide a professional exhibit footprint and can be combined when your display requires more room.

Standard Booth

Each standard booth is approximately 6 feet deep by 10 feet wide and includes:

  • One 8-foot table
  • Two chairs
  • Pipe and drape booth separation

Multiple Booths

Need a larger footprint? Adjacent booths may be combined side-to-side to provide additional frontage and display space.

  • 20-foot, 30-foot, or larger frontage
  • Ideal for expanded product displays
  • Subject to booth availability

Special Configurations

Front-to-back booth combinations are not standard. Special layouts may be possible for end caps, vehicles, oversized equipment, or unique displays.

  • Vehicle displays

  • End-cap configurations
  • Advance coordination required

More Than Square Footage

Your booth is your home base during the Expo, but it does not have to be your only point of engagement. Combining exhibit space with sponsorship, demonstrations, and other conference opportunities can help create more meaningful contact with attendees throughout the event.

Power, Internet & Special Accommodations

A few details are handled separately from the standard booth package.

Power & Internet

ILEETA works with Red Oak to provide electrical power and internet services in the Expo Hall. Vendors requiring power, dedicated connectivity, or related services should arrange those needs in advance.

Power and internet are not included automatically with the standard booth package.

Vehicles & Unique Displays

Vehicles, oversized equipment, unusual booth footprints, end-cap concepts, or other special accommodations require advance coordination.

Please work with Jill Johanix before making final plans for a non-standard exhibit.
