Conference Cancellation, Refund, and Transfer Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as helpful as possible while maintaining fairness to all participants, staff, and conference partners. Below is the official policy for refunds, deferrals, and transfers for the ILEETA Conference & Expo.

January 30 through March 1

Cancellations received during this period are eligible for a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.

Registrants may also defer their current registration to the next ILEETA Conference & Expo at no additional charge.

After March 1

No refunds or deferrals will be issued after March 1.

All registrations are considered final and non-refundable after this date.

If you fail to check in at the conference, your registration will be forfeited.

Transfers

Agencies and individual members may transfer a registration to another eligible ILEETA member.
