Roger Benn is a technology and operations leader with 15+ years’ experience in various industries spanning: higher education to healthcare, municipal government, non-profit, and business to business sales. He currently serves as Leader of Operations and IT Collaboration at Excellus BCBS. He has served as an instructor for law enforcement in-service and recruit school and also teaches sign language. He has served as conference staff for ILEETA Conferences as Director of Instructor Support He is also Director of Information Technology for ILEETA.
